This policy explains what information Time Essentials, Inc. ("time® skincare," "we," "us") collects when you visit www.embracetime.com or join our launch list, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, if you join our launch list. You give it to us directly through the signup form. Nothing else is required.
Basic visit information, collected by our analytics tool: pages viewed, approximate location (such as city or country), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. It does not include your name or email address.
Messages you send us at info@embracetime.com, including your address and whatever you choose to write.
How we use it
- To email you about the launch of our day cream and night cream and, later, news about time® skincare, if you joined the list.
- To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, so we can improve it.
- To answer your messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits. It may set a cookie on your device. We have turned off advertising features and Google signals. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the analytics cookie is only set if you choose Accept. Everywhere else, you can decline at any time. Who handles your information for us
We use trusted service providers to run the site. They may process your information on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- MailerLite stores our launch list and sends our emails.
- Google Analytics provides visit statistics.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website.
- Microsoft provides the email service for our business inbox.
Some of these providers are located in, or store data in, the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Email and unsubscribing
When you join the launch list, we send a confirmation email first. You only receive our messages after you confirm. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time and we will remove you.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep analytics data for a limited period, as set in our analytics settings, and then it is deleted automatically.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, other U.S. states, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain uses, or asking for a copy of your information. To use any of these rights, email info@embracetime.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
